Payment terms

At H&S we aim to make paying for your coach hire as easy as possible. For corporate hires we can arrange for invoices to be sent to your purchasing department in order to raise a payment.

Private hires. We accept cash or debit or credit cards at our booking office, bank transfers, cheques or payment by debit or credit card over the telephone. It can also be arranged for cash to be collected on the day of transport if arranged with our office staff.

When are we open?

Our booking office is open from 9-5 Monday to Friday for all bookings, enquiries and payments.

Our coaches operate 24/7 and have a 24 hour emergency contact number.
